The SFFSN Management Certificate program increases knowledge and practice in the development of effective staff teams; supports the performance and organizational tasks for social service agency leaders; provides implementation strategies for results oriented management; provides foundational skills in case management aimed at enriching personal growth, cultural humility, and interpersonal skills; encourages participative management; reviews systemic interventions to support operations and direct services to families, and ensures that social service agency leaders are certified and deepen their understanding and implementation of the Standards of Quality for Family and Strengthening and Support.
